Comté et Pâté Baguette Sandwich
 
 
This classy gent is filled with luxurious mousse pâté and thick slabs of Comté, all balanced by a few crunchy tangy accessories. It’s the kind of sophisticated indulgence fit for a picnic in the park—if you’re OK with moaning in public.

Ingredients
  • 2 oz Comté
  • 1.5 oz truffle mousse pâté
  • 1 demi baguette
  • 8 thin slices of radish
  • 4 cornichons, cut in half lengthwise
  • Whole grain mustard
Instructions
  1. Swipe the mousse pâté over the bottom slice of baguette.
  2. Spread the mustard on the top slice.
  3. Layer the pickles and radish over the pâté, then add the Comté on top.
  4. Make sure everything is evenly spaced, then close the sandwich. Enjoy with a glass of Riesling or Gewürztraminer.
